A formal, bilingual record of the swimmer's competition results for scholarships and school or university applications. It includes the swimmer's profile, personal best times with World Aquatics points, Thailand national and age-group records, season best times by year and, if chosen, the full competition history. All results come from swim meets run or recorded by Swim Meets Thailand. Each portfolio carries a reference code that anyone can check under “Verify a document”. ID numbers and full birth dates are never included.

Upload meet results
Results from Splash Meet Manager (Lenex .lxf / .lef, recommended, or Excel) or Hy-Tek Meet Manager (.cl2, or the .zip it comes in). One file per meet.Convert to the compact storage format
Possible duplicate swimmers
Pairs that may be the same swimmer: same name with a different licence, licences that differ by one character or two swapped characters, or very similar names in the same club and birth year. Keep the right profile and the other is merged into it. “Not the same swimmer” hides the pair for good.

National & age group records
Load the official records list exported from Splash Meet Manager as a web page (.htm). When a swim in the app is faster than a record, it appears below for you to confirm.
Qualifying times
Load a meet's qualifying (standard) times exported from Splash as Lenex (.lxf or .lef). Swimmers then see how close they are on their Personal Best page, and their profile lists the events they have qualified in. Age is counted by birth year in the year you enter.
Change nationality
Set the nationality of many swimmers at once. Filter the list, untick anyone to leave out, then choose the new nationality. Changes are kept even when later uploads say otherwise.
Remove a team
For teams you don't want in the app, such as visiting foreign teams. Pick a team to see its swimmers, untick anyone you want to keep, then delete. You can also skip the team in every future upload.
Club names
When the same club appears under two spellings, keep one name. Every swimmer listed under the other spelling moves to it, and future uploads with the other spelling are filed under the kept name automatically.

Points base times
World Aquatics publishes new base times every year: the 50 m pool (LCM) table in January, the 25 m pool (SCM) table in September. Enter the new times here and every swimmer's points update straight away, including past swims. Leave an event empty if it has no base time.
